I've been taking another brand for a few months and had really good results. I decided to try these thinking I was saving a few dollars. I’m on my 5th day and my urine doesn't have any discoloration. I don't think there is any methane blue in it, if so, it’s very little. I went to the website to ask questions or even try to get a refund but there is no contact us button. Lesson learned.

This is not anything more than the dye used in fish tanks. Real Methylene blue that actually has health benefits causes your urine to turn blue and you can physically feel the difference when taking it! This is a complete waste of money!

Bottles purchased from other sellers, turns my urine blue, this product isn't. The color of the ingredients inside the capsule doesn't have a bluish tint, NOR is my urine blue, even though the mg. is higher. So far, I've consumed <10 capsules and it's not making a difference.

possibly under dosed on the MB. this was the third brand of MB i tried and I don't think this one is as good. My urine color went back to yellow or clear, not blue/green. The positive results i got from the other brands have gone away after using this product for 2 months. I'll go back to the one I know will work.
