I bought a tone 3 came with a defective acceleration toggle switch and I'm stuck with it because they don't want to fix it they keep giving me numbers to call lmao what a waste of my money I'm so dissatisfied pissed off I just want to throw it in the dumpster

Just got this and put it together to discover that the throttle screw didn't come with it. The way i found out was when the gasket which needed to tighten fell off and dropped into the box it came in. After finding a screw that fit, I looked for 3MM hex key to tighten the throttle and brake....... the hex key didn't come. In fact, it came with a hex key which didn't fit any of the items..... good thing dad was a mechanic and had all sizes. Manage to cobble things together. I couldn't do a replacement or return since i needed to use this for commute in a couple of days. Disappointed... ... show more

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend. Unfortunately it was broken upon arrival. One of the handlebars doesn't fit right and the scooter doesn't even move. My guess is a motor or charging issue? From looking at the other reviews, I'd venture to say I was sent the same exact scooter as another one of the 1 star reviews. If you put in an order you'll likely get my returned one. Save yourself time and money (the refund issued is amazon credit only smh). ... show more
