They are comfortable to wear help support wrist well. I personally don’t like the long strap I purchased the same ones just short strap with a dowel. Although I don’t wear them anymore my son likes them and wears them now. I recently switched to double overhand for deadlifts and these are amazing. I’m able to comfortably lift much more with the straps. They seem much more comfortable and easier to use than traditional straps.
