We use it in our barn for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and so far it has everything we’ve needed for first-response situations. Has tons of supplies and it is big. I bought this for my mom who has been an RN for over 43 years and she loved it. She kept going through the whole bag and figuring out what else she might want to put in there, but it is stocked very well already.

Bought this to keep in the car because it’s one of those things you don’t think about until you suddenly need it. The kit is well organized and actually comes with a lot more supplies than I expected. It feels sturdy and easy to grab quickly in an emergency. Hopefully it just sits in the trunk forever, but I’m glad it’s there.

Maybe I over-reacted, but after witnessing a pretty bad car wreck, I wondered if I’d have been prepared had an ambulance wasn’t 5 minutes away. Certain things in this kit do require training: airway, mechanical ventilator, and neck brace. So, get training before you use them, or take them out of the kit. I added some basic over-the-counter meds and a better tourniquet. Am I over-prepared? Probably. But it does give me a sense of comfort know it’s in the trunk (along with a fire extinguisher).
