This trainer is great! It has bones so it doesn’t roll at the top or the bottom. The trainer also have the extra support wrap for your waist and that Velcro is top tier! The inside is truly a Suana and will help you sweat out all those toxins that get stuck. The trainer also has a zipper instead of the clamps so this trainer is actually comfortable enough for daily wear.

The sizes were extremely small and tight. the cinch part is quite a bit smaller than the very wide part so it's uncomfortable. wish the bottom wide part was velcro not zipper so it could be adjusted.

I am thrilled with this sauna waist trainer. I’ve been looking for one that doesn’t have straps and the bony structuring in the back and I found it! I ordered a size M and I’m 5’4 and 165lbs. It looked too small at first but I have a smaller waist and was able to get it zipped up. I would recommend a size L if you have a more rectangular midsection.
