I absolutely love these sauna pants! The material and quality is great. The size chart and suggestions from other buyers was pretty accurate for me. My size is 14/16 so I purchased the 3X and the fit it really great, not tight at all. These sauna pants are very comfortable to wear. I wear panties and a camisole tucked inside the pants as not to irritate my skin. The pants look like regular leggings or sweat pants, so I have been wearing them when I go out to run errands. I love how much I sweat in these sauna pants. The fit is very flattering to my body. Will definitely be purchasing more. The pants wash well also. I wash on delicate cycle on cold and dry in a laundry protective bag on low.

I love these pants! I ware them every day when I am working out. They give me a good sweat. I usualy ware them with waist band to max my sweat output.and they work great where as I us to have an issue with the band not covering the bottom of my pooch I don't anymore. I can pour sweat from them when I get done working out. They do well in the laundry. I am five feet seven inches tall and one hundred and ninety five pounds and usually ware a large so I followed some of the reviews and went up a size but I really think I could have got a large. I guess it depends on your body type. So use your best judgement and get to sweating!

When I received my shaper I was scared that I was not going to be able to fit it. I am 5'7 240 pounds. I got the shaper in a size 2xl. I like that it was a little snug but I was able to snap and zip it with no problems. I got in my sauna and it did not roll down.

My typical legging size is xl so that’s what I got. THEY ARE SO TIGHT!! Now, I CAN get them on but I have to wear tights under them to get them on my legs. They do make me sweat a ton but I’m just saying they would be a bit more comfortable if it wasn’t like trying to put on a wet suit that’s already wet. (No I am not soaking the pants before putting them on)

The product is very form fitting with a little stretch. I gave it a four star because the sizing seems a little inconsistent. I returned a medium because it was too small and got a large that seemed to be the same size as the medium.............. For performance, I would give this product five stars. It makes you sweat, sweat, sweat. Although it is only water weight, the thermal heat generation coupled with a whole food diet yielded results with consistent use. This is now my go to pants for cardio and strength training. Excessive sweat does seep through the material especially in the crotch area.
