Comfortable
My son plays bass clarinet in high school. He's been using a different neck strap to help manage the weight of the instrument. We gave this sax neckstrap a shot because it was a close fit. My son reports that this one is more comfortable than his old strap. He does feel that it's a little too short for his bass clarinet's specs, but not unusable.

Good budget neck strap.
The padding is a little thin but other than that for the price it's hard to find anything else that isn't junk.
