Or expand the max media size to 13" x 51" with the bypass tray. Great for apparel & soft goods. Has been updated inside out from its predecessor, the SG800. The SG1000 is backwards-compatible with all SG800 accessories. Like all Sawgrass printers, the SG1000 performs its own automatic maintenance cycle for trouble-free printing. Love the machine, the shipping was very quick, and this is my second Sawgrass printer. Sadly the software was a little hard to download and get understand the updates, but luckily I had my older software to use.

    • Be prepared to buy ink right away
The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because they did replace a mug that came with a broken handle. The "starter" ink did not even print 10 prints. The last few prints ended about 3/4 of the way before the print was finished so we could not even use those. I am still within my 30 days. We are considering sending this back. I just bought a full ink set to set (70 ml) in each color that was $560 to see if would work more efficiently with full ink. The starter ink set does give a low ink level setting. After a few prints the yellow showed 5%. Not anywhere close to the 200 prints that the advertisement states. ... show more

Unfortunately this product didn’t come close to meeting any standards. I didn’t make it through my first bundle of 100 pages before it stopped working and throwing error codes. Reached out to sawgrass cares to find they should have named it “sawgrass doesn’t care” so if you are looking to waste nearly $2,000.00, this is the right purchase for you. ... show more
