Saw Palmetto alone really isn't good enough to help with frequency/sleep. You need a full Prostate Supplement to get you a better result. Although this brand is very good I can tell having, in the past, trying other Saw Palmettos - these do seem to give you a bit more 'tolerance' rather than urgency. I couldn't get access to my favorite prostate supplement recently(Infowars:Prostaguard) so I tried these alone for 3+ weeks and it did alright, though I was up about 2-3X instead of just 1[maybe!] with my original supplement, plus also more often during the day. ... show more

I ordered this for my husband and after about one month he experienced a substantial result in that he could now sleep up to four hours, rather than an hour or two, before he awoke feeling the need to empty his bladder. He had not been able to sleep that many hours at a time for the last two to three years. He is in his early 70s, so as is all too common in the majority of older males, he had been experiencing symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Now that he has been taking this product for three months he can sleep up to six hours straight through. This is amazing for him. He feels better overall in a numbner of other positive ways and will continue to take this product.
