If you want to sweat, this is for you. It really makes you sweat, but don't leave on to long. I would say about 3hrs should be enough, after that it makes me start to itch. But it works great.

Like the shirt, u do sweat alot, only negative thing was I am 5'6 185 lbs and bought a large/ XL. shoulders were a little tight but I expected that but it could be a little longer. I dont have a big stomach and it would ride up when reaching up. It has grip ends on it but an inch longer would have been perfect.
