Took a chance on this dresser because I really loved the look of it and figured it couldn’t be that hard to assemble…AM SUPER GLAD I DID! It took my sister and I (she did like 95% of the work, I was more of an assistant) just under 3 hours to assemble. Instructions are mostly pictures, but the pieces are organized and labeled pretty well. The package is REALLY HEAVY, moving the package any actual distance or up stairs will definitely require two people, mine got delivered right outside my apartment door and I was able to wiggle it inside by myself very slowly and carefully, but any farther I would not have been able to solo. *Do yourself a favor and GET AN ELECTRIC SCREW DRIVER* (we stopped halfway through and went to Walmart and got one for $12 and it was an absolute game changer, the majority of the time is literally screwing everything in). You could definitely assemble it by yourself, but would take quite a bit longer. Specifically, the drawers are the most useful to have two people for. Once assembled, it’s great! Super sturdy, the dresser has extra supports in it and is definitely built to last, despite it being a “cheaper ikea-like piece”. It’s also very sturdy! While I don’t necessarily recommend this, I stood on top of it (roughly 125lbs) to hang lights in my room and it was extremely stable, wasn’t worried at all about it. I wouldn’t have dared stand on ikea furniture, so that is a pretty good test of it. It’s beautiful and looks great in my room, I got the matching nightstand and couldn’t be happier with the pair! Great dresser! Took about 4-5 hours to put together (with 2 people). Instructions weren’t super clear, but easy enough to follow. Package came in good condition (box is heavy). No pieces were missing or damaged. Drawers are decent size & fit a lot of clothes. Dresser is sturdy and quality appears to be top notch. Love the color & texture. ... show more

    • Received fast but two rear legs were broken.

** I recieved it with two broken legs at first. I think someone stood on he box during shipping. Ordered the replacement I legs for Model 424195 from Saunders website. When I entered model and part I which is on the legs (hard to see as it looks like a wood I on inside of wood print) it then side part I - Rear leg Qty 2 RECIEVVED LEG REPLACEMENTS FAST. REVIEW AFTER PARTS RECIEVED: Material: Particle board / manufactured wood with texture printed wood look. Assembly: easy to follow direction - step by step. Pressure lock and other lock system for easy assembly. Tools Needed: Screw driver - Hammer (to tack on back). Easy to assemble , helpful to have two to speed it along as it is 6 drawers. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Bag of screw, locks and all are marked. Once you do your first, others are easy to put together quickly. If helping someone put it together: be sure person follows instructions to not let you leave without being fed food. (yes they put that little joke in instructions.) It isn't the best of material, but today, real wood is hard to get and is expensive. Even Ikea has raised prices on Pine wood furniture that is a soft wood and nicks easy. These won't nick as easy. Its not too high. Once center foot support is put on is stable. It is pretty heavy but easy for two to move. For furniture moving if you won't take it apart to move later, you can use gorilla wood/furniture glue on unfished strips when putting together. It adds permanent strength. However you WILL NOT be able to take the unit apart to move later and will ahve to move it as one part. I also used gorilla wood glue when putting the drawers together, especially the bottom part in the little seams. Doing this means it will not fall apart later down the line like many drawers will over time. *** If you do receive a broken part of missing.     • Sturdy and Perfect!

I really wanted a nice solid well made dresser with good drawer space and a cute design. This fits the bill. I saw a ton of reviews stating how sturdy it is. Sturdy really is the first word that comes to mind once this dresser is assembled! It really is a great piece for the price. I paid about $250. Two cons tho, one it is just a simple sticker laminate on every piece so I’m not sure how well this will hold up over time. Two, the reviews about the doors never sitting just right seems reasonable. I fiddled with mine until I was happy but I wouldn’t say they are perfect, but honestly it’s not that noticeable other than to me at this point so take your time. I did see a review that said to read the directions well before starting and I’d agree! Lots of visuals but it’s still really easy to invert a board so just be patient. Honestly I’m so so happy with this piece. I also ordered the large cabinet and nightstand! Lastly, I’m really impressed with the packaging on this. Showed up in a much thinner box than I’d expect and everything was so well packed inside! 5 stars! ... show more
