This is a beautiful piece of furniture. Took a little to put together but overall wasn’t bad. The drawers slide in and out easily. Nice size “wood” dresser. Very heavy. Had all the parts and the holes lined up when assembling. Great price!

Very nice dresser for the cost. Can not comment on assembly because we had a third party assemble it for us. Top piece was damaged in transit and Sauder sent a new top at no cost with no questions asked. Excellent customer service experience.

Very sturdy dresser. But too difficult to put together and the drawers fit well and glide easily. I loved the mango wood finish, but you can kind of tell it’s not a solid wood dresser. The back is tack board so it needs to be against a wall so you can’t see that. The dresser itself is quite heavy. It’s durable and easy to clean. If you can’t afford a solid wood dresser, this is a great option. Much better quality than a previous IKEA dresser I bought. ... show more

This is by far thee WORST and most expensive piece of junk I've ever purchased EVER. After spending $140 on a PROFESSIONAL furniture assemblyman, he showed me how pieces were cut improperly AND holes were drilled incorrectly. I had called in this guy AFTER my friend came to assemble it and pretty much told me the saaaame thing.... This is shipped from a 3rd party vendor & they asked me to send back a 70% assembled dresser back... HOW Genius?? The box was discarded already. So they said donate it to Goodwill, or 3 other agencies they sent me in order to get a refund.... I asked if they're sure any org would want this when it's in an unusable condition.... They then RECANT and withdraw their offer to refund. And needless to say, they didn't even wanna see the receipt from Handy.com where I had hired someone to assemble it. I wasted $440 on this and NOTHING.... No assistance whatsoever.... And for some strange reason, despite sending in pics on how badly aligned the dresser is that obviously prevent the drawers from closing and the middle being cut wrong, thus throwing off the entire functionality of the dresser, the seller did nithinf ti address the defective product.... 2 of the 6 drawers do not close unless you slam them and it's just a really, REALLY bad piece. The other review below warned me abiut ut sagging in a few months but I figured perhaps it was just one bad box that person received but NO, it really is just a trashy piece of garbage b/c mine started sagging after a few days with just a few items on it. Gross negligence to even sell this fancy piece of cardboard-quality junk. I had to buy a replacement dresser from Ashley Furniture and thankfully it doesn't need ANY assembly like this cheap particleboard piece of trash. The one from Ashley (called Zelen) is also particleboard but you can definitely see and feel the difference in quality. Ignore the aesthetic and take heed to this review and the other one below, b/c I had that saaaame issue w/ drrsser sagging as well! Look at the pics. That's as far as the drawers go in. See how they arr asymmetrical and overlap??? Just TERRIBLE. PS- Did I mention this is a piece of trash?? ... show more

We ordered this dresser happy to find something which, by description seemed perfect. It is a nice dresser, heavy with good tracks for drawers and a nice look. It’s not a “ simple assembly” but my husband builds a lot of things so had it unpacked and together in about 3 hours. If you don’t have skill in this area perhaps go to something more “ ikea “ like- he did it this fast with power tools and good experience. The unit is very heavy so that should be considered. The top piece came with 4 pretty significant dings, hard to shop heavy stuff , but I was disappointed and had a return been easy perhaps I would have considered but the item was very much needed and we couldn’t wait . If it had not been on sale, I would have been more disappointed. That said it is spacious and nicely designed. ... show more

Took a chance on this dresser because I really loved the look of it and figured it couldn’t be that hard to assemble…AM SUPER GLAD I DID! It took my sister and I (she did like 95% of the work, I was more of an assistant) just under 3 hours to assemble. Instructions are mostly pictures, but the pieces are organized and labeled pretty well. The package is REALLY HEAVY, moving the package any actual distance or up stairs will definitely require two people, mine got delivered right outside my apartment door and I was able to wiggle it inside by myself very slowly and carefully, but any farther I would not have been able to solo. *Do yourself a favor and GET AN ELECTRIC SCREW DRIVER* (we stopped halfway through and went to Walmart and got one for $12 and it was an absolute game changer, the majority of the time is literally screwing everything in). You could definitely assemble it by yourself, but would take quite a bit longer. Specifically, the drawers are the most useful to have two people for. Once assembled, it’s great! Super sturdy, the dresser has extra supports in it and is definitely built to last, despite it being a “cheaper ikea-like piece”. It’s also very sturdy! While I don’t necessarily recommend this, I stood on top of it (roughly 125lbs) to hang lights in my room and it was extremely stable, wasn’t worried at all about it. I wouldn’t have dared stand on ikea furniture, so that is a pretty good test of it. It’s beautiful and looks great in my room, I got the matching nightstand and couldn’t be happier with the pair! Great value for the money, and I feel like it will last a while- much longer than ikea furniture. ... show more
