5.0 out of 5 stars | Beautiful large cabinet, old-fashioned, weathered appeal, great for pantry items.
This storage cabinet works perfectly for a small pantry. It matches perfectly a sideboard that we got to hold Christmas dishes and china. I assembled it solo until I got to laying it on its face to tack the back on the back which holds it square. Its probably one of the most important parts of the whole piece. It's just a folded up thin piece of fiber board, but don't assume it's just packing material! If you follow the directions on lining up the door hinges correctly you'll have a nice piece when you're done. Note: the box is very heavy and you'll need a helper to carry it into the house. I used two Amazon guys.🙂 It should take four hours of work with a half-hour helper to get it done.

5.0 out of 5 stars | I love this cabinet!
I’m so glad I purchased this storage cabinet. The box was heavy but once it was assembled it was easy to move after I put some furniture sliders under it. I assembled this by myself in about 3.5 hours. It was easy and straightforward and everything lined up perfectly. I didn’t even need to adjust the doors. I’m thinking of buying another one for my daughters room. I highly recommend this cabinet. It even looks like real wood!

5.0 out of 5 stars | Handsome piece and a great value!
The cabinet finish is true to the photos. The piece feels very sturdy and is a nice and clean but rustic design - I love it! I work for a very well known high-end furniture company and I was pleasantly surprised to see that this piece is close to the quality and look of the furniture that my company would sell for $$$ (expensive furniture is not necessarily better - we are often times paying for the fancy brand name). This is a great value! It did take myself and one other person several hours to put the piece together, but the instructions were very good. We just took it slowly and the end result was well worth it. The only thing that would make this buying experience even better would be the return/exchange policy. I purchased several pieces from this Sauder line and decided to exchange a couple pieces for another cabinet like this. However, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and shipping heavy furniture like this is prohibitively expensive! Don't make the mistake that I did - be certain before you order!

4.0 out of 5 stars | Nice cabinet
I love the look of this cabinet. It was time-consuming to put together, but the instructions are very good and everything was included. It is very sturdy and looks exactly like it appears online. My only complaint was the opening of the two doors. On my cabinet, one side was 1/2 inch bigger than the other, which made aligning the doors impossible. It comes with adjustable hinges, but adjustable hinges can't make up for the 1/2 difference. The right door is hanging straight, but 1/2 inch away for the frame, which looks odd since the left door is aligned perfectly. It may seem petty, but it is VERY noticeable.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great realistic looking wood cabinet. Tricky build but high quality relative to other faux kits.
Great realistic wood look made from seemingly durable and high quality composite material. Everything about this storage cabinet we like, especially the proce point. It looks and feels so much nicer and higher quality than the faux units you would buy from target walmart or other retail stores. It was pretty easy yo install and build although a little intimidating at first, especially since it required some wood glue to assemble. Had a little trouble with a few of the screws and cam locks but overall happy with the build. We are thinking about buying one or 2 more since we like the look so much. Definitely not better than a a real wood cabinet, but definitely a better value. I figure we would have spent at least 2-3× as much for a real barnwood, rustic looking cabinet.

3.0 out of 5 stars | Be careful, the feet will break!
Now that it's together it's great and is exactly what I needed. Assembly was pretty simple-until I got to the part that said 'carefully stand unit upright.' The particle board legs won't stand up to being maneuvered on carpet. Rear leg portion snapped right off. Sauder was great and shipped out a replacement piece. But I am nervous enough about it happening again that I added pieces of 1x4 to the back to reinforce the legs.

3.0 out of 5 stars | Better have another set of hands!
It looks pretty good once assembled and set upright. But! Keep in mind that this is pressed wood which is VERY heavy. Unless you can press 100 pounds, I wouldn't try lifting it into position on your own. It is easy to assemble and only one or two holes were machine cut "off" from where they should have been. A single person can assemble it fairly easily. The directions are clear and the hardware (at least for me) was all there.

5.0 out of 5 stars | A pretty good value for the price you pay
The price you pay for this cabinet is definitely worth it. Overall it's pretty sturdy and it has plenty of space. Assemble tips: 2 person would be ideal. Simply follow the instructions and one thing to keep in mind when reading the instructions is that there are several ways to install the door: left right open, left left open, right right open. So keep an eye on that.
