I bought this jacket for a trip to Italy and now am taking it to a trip to Ireland where it is even more appropriate. The coat is fashion forward and form fitting, but has enough room for a a sweatshirt or sweater of some kind, so that you can stay warm. I found the insulation wonderful for a brisk day on Lake Como (65 degrees F). I bought a large as someone with a heavy middle and found that it was not restrictive. It keeps you nice and dry, too.

This was almost a perfect coat and what I was looking for. It is well made. Heavy. Good material. Beautiful and every stitch in its place. Good length. I loved this coat so much that it took me 2 weeks to decide to return it. The Issue? I am 5'2" and broad-shouldered (184 lbs). The sleeves were a bit long, but I could cuff them. The coat is tight across the back when I move my arms forward. I would not be able to wear it with my sweaters comfortably. Unrestricted movement is important. So, sadly. I am returning it. For anyone who is smaller/thinner. This is a great coat!

I purchased this coat because I appreciated the Burberry inspired look, as well as being a neutral color, so it can be worn with any outfit. It feels like a good quality and has some weight to it (not that it's heavy, but it's not flimsy or cheap feeling). There's also a drawstring so you can tighten or loosen as desired. For reference, I'm 5"6" and 170 lbs. I ordered size L and it fits well.

I bought this jacket for a trip to Scotland and wow it did not disappoint. I wore it almost everyday to protect me from the wind and rainy Scotland weather. It did the job. I get cold very easily so I wore layers underneath and I was fine. I would definitely recommend this jacket. Also would like to add that it is light and comfortable. Love the pockets, was able to fit gloves and cellphone and lip gloss….loved that!! 🥰It fits easily in my backpack 🎒 Having a hood was a plus. Because I only used it for my trip (12 days) and a few time in Chicago I cannot effectively speak on the durability but so far it still looks great. In fact I would buy a different color if I need a second one of for a gift!!

This should not be sold as a rain coat. It cannot handle the rain. It is a nice medium warmth coat that looks like a rain jacket. I wore this on a trip to Scotland and while it packed in a small compression bag I wish I hadn’t brought it. The second it starts raining it begins to absorb the rain and slowly seep into the entire coat which then leaves your clothes underneath slightly damp. It also carries lots of water near the bottom hem which soaks your pants. Not really what it’s advertised for. I pulled it out twice and regretted it both times. It is large and heavy and gets even heavier when wet so it takes forever to dry. Not ideal. The color is beautiful and it kept me warm on a cold windy day but any water and it is worthless.
