I got these lights because my plants were starting to look really sad! During the winter months we don’t get much light with the shorter days so I knew my plants needed help. Since I’ve had these lights they’re looking much healthier. They are so easy to use because it simply clips onto the side of your plant pots. I love that these have settings and timers so I don’t have to continually turn them on and off every day. They have three settings for 3, 6, or 12 hours. I use the 6 hours and they come on while I’m at work and shut off shortly after dinner. I love how they are sturdy and don’t move once positioned and that they don’t take up table space either. I can have them shine above numerous plants without taking up more room. Great buy and maybe even a nice gift idea for plant lovers. ... show more

It is my first experience with a grow light. I got a little Coppertone Stonecrop that a friend was killing. Repotted, got the grow light and am waiting to see what happens. So far ( just a few days) Toni (the plant) seems to be looking a little happier. As for the light - it is a perfect size, directions are decent, and it is doing its job. Time will tell about growth. I anticipate it being a good value for the money. The goose neck is flexible but sturdy, the clip holds well to the pot, the light setting is adjustable. I am quite pleased with my purchase. *** It is several days later and already Toni is thriving. What a difference a few days and the right care can make! I got the 5W lights, placed about 6 inches from my plants as the chart online says. Plants seem happier, timer is working perfect.
