This is an intense light! It also generates a lot of heat and get very warm to the touch. This is made to be mounted and the hardware is very secure. I have mine mounted for a couple of corn plants and the best thing about this is you can rotate the light to be forward facing instead of down. Corn plants are huge! Down does not work for them! The remote is great to have. The convenience of beyable to simply turn it off from the couch when watching TV is great! The intensity of this light is very strong! Perfect for these large leaf plants!

The media could not be loaded. We picked up this Sansi 35 watt, wall-mounted grow light for our ever growing indoor plant collection because our previous and ongoing experiences with Sansi's full spectrum grow lights has been nothing short of amazing! The box arrived a day or two after ordering. The Amazon box was damaged but not the Sansi box inside. The lamp was packed well within the Sansi box and wasn't damaged at all. The unit isn't very heavy which is ideal for mounting on a wall. When holding it in my hands, it feels well made. Nothing is loose and despite being a lamp, it doesn't feel fragile. The joint where the head adjusts is tight, yet moves easily with a moderate amount of force. The installation is straightforward: attach the mounting bracket to the wall using the included hardware, then attach the lamp base to the bracket, lining up the holes and securing in place with the included, black hardware. I haven't mounted it to the wall yet, and to be honest, it fits our needs perfectly when simply set on a flat, level surface. The head of the lamp where the LEDs are located, and where the light emits from, can be adjusted 180° in order to point the light rays where you need them. Because of this handy feature, you can also mount the lamp overhead, attached to the ceiling. However, depending on where you mount it, an extension cord may be needed, as the power cord is about 54" long. As far as the actual light that is produced and it's effectiveness in helping to grow healthy and happy plants, I cannot speak more highly of it! We started using two other Sansi grow lights, about 3 weeks ago and our plants LOVE the additional light! Several pothos plants' leaves are unfurling much quicker than usual and there's a couple that are even looking greener! The aerial roots on the monstera and split leaf philodendron are popping off and the umbrella plant shot out two new leaf clusters! And believe it or not, I feel like we humans have benefited as well! I'm not even kidding! Maybe it's because it's the end of winter in Wisconsin and our bodies reacted to the additional full spectrum light, maybe not, but it just feels more warm and cheerful in here since we turned them on! These Sansi lights are absolutely worth every penny of the purchase price and I fully recommend them to beginer and seasoned growers alike! This lamp won't power a greenhouse, but it's perfect if you have an area of your home that doesn't receive much sunlight or if you just want to give a few of your plants a little extra "leg up" in receiving extra light rays. We've used different grow lights in the past to varying degrees of success, but none of them compare to Sansi. The off brand versions are cheaply made and don't last long before something breaks. We're happy customers that will be buying many more!

With over 300 houseplants just scattered around my house, I have a lot of grow lights. When purchasing consumer oriented lights, one issue is that they are just not bright enough for many of my plants, including succulents, cacti, and seed starts. This Sansi growlight is an exception -- when put up close to my plants, it is actually sufficient to start veggies or to grow cacti. In the past I have used other Sansi products, and have been impressed with their warranty and customer service. In the case of this growlight, I did need to reach out to the company. My light came without the screws to attach the light to the wall mount. Once I explained the situation to the Sansi company via their support email address, they sent me a replacement right away. My light installed easily, and since then I have been using it to start tomatoes, hot peppers and marigolds. As you can see in the picture, everything germinated and is growing well. A few improvements could be made as follows: there is a slight buzz to the light that could get annoying when at the highest intensity. Also I would like the option of having a timer that is on longer than 12 hours -- perhaps 15 or 16 hours? Given the quality of the build and the excellent customer service, I am giving this light 5 stars and my highest recommendation.
