Purchased two sets in March 2021 and they’ve held up beautifully, even with every day use. I also purchased a set of serving bowls which we also use for one bowl meals. When I first ordered these dishes, one plate had an imperfection. I contacted the distributor through Amazon and a replacement was sent. Would recommend these dishes to anyone looking for sturdy everyday, attractive stoneware.

I love my new dishes. The colors are beautiful! This set comes with two size bowls. One should be your average cereal bowl but are a bit smaller than I was expecting, but that is okay. The other bowls are quite small. We use them for beans or rice instead of putting them on our plates. I find them to be useful. I prefer the two sizes in bowls versus coffee cups with my set of plates. I feel like this dishes are quite sturdy. When I microwave them they do feel a bit hotter to the touch then my last set of dishes. I ordered 2 sets of dishes to accommodate my family size. There was one broken plate and one broken bowl, so I had to return that one set. My replacement set arrived in good shape.

I ordered the Artist's Blend 16-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set and - taking a leap of faith that I'd be happy with the dishes - the matching dinner/pasta bowls, as well. Both orders were very well packed and there was no damage from shipping. The pasta bowls were perfect. There were minor flaws in 2 pieces of the dinnerware set, but they were just inconspicuous light spots in the finish on the bottom of the dishes. They were so minor that I never considered fussing about them and proceeded to order a second 16-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set. Unfortunately, I wasn't as lucky with the second set. The dishes are packed very well, and the package was received with no damage to the outer box. 3 of the 4 dinner plates and 1 of the salad plates had serious flaws. One of them had a significant crack in it that was glazed over, the rest were chips and deep scratches in the finish of the eating surfaces. All that said, I was able to return the flawed set and I'm ordering another set, hoping for the best. The dishes are nice, lightweight, and aesthetically appealing. They don't get as hot in the microwave as my old Fiesta Ware dishes did. I would prefer if the small bowls in the set were replaced with small dessert plates, but that's just a personal preference - just like I'm glad there are no cups included in the set.

I bought 2 sets they were so well packed nothing was broken or chipped. If you like the look of handmade pottery this set is for you. The 4 colors blend well with any dished you may have. The glaze was beautiful. Being a potter myself I could not have made anything better than these dishes . They are heavy but durable.
