I was looking for a decent budget digital camera that could take pictures and record footage about as well as my phone can, but in a camera package. I was definitely impressed by the touch screen display and the overall build quality, and pushing the little button that makes the flash appear is a really nice touch. With two loops on either side of the camera, you can wear it around your neck or strap it on your wrist - dials at the top let you cycle through the different features or functions or change from taking photos to taking videos. My only complaint is the somewhat awkward placement of the zoom in function, but it's a fairly minor gripe. If you're a nature enthusiast going out to take pictures of the landscape or wildlife, or take pictures of events like get togethers or weddings, I think this is a fairly versatile little camera to consider. Seems to have everything needed for a budget camera. Very lightweight with a nice, protective case that all the parts and pieces fit into easily. Had some issues with getting the colors correct on our photos. We were hoping to use for 350 portrait photos of people for a directory. Opted to usea phone instead.
