    • Do not buy this machine anywhere
There are several issues with this machine, this is just a few of them. Must position clothes in a certain way to avoid unbalanced load error. I’m not talking about putting in a blanket and a pair of socks and the load become unbalanced, I’m talking about five t-shirts, five pairs of socks and five undershorts. I’m loading this washing machine like I’m decorating a cake sprinkling the dirty clothes around the machine to avoid potential unbalanced load error. Also, I know if I put in a load of towels not to leave the general vicinity of my home as the load will certainly become unbalanced even if I practice the “decorating a cake” method of loading the machine with the towels. So that means I need to reach in and rearrange several soaking wet bath towels and ask the laundry gods to assist in completing the load. I’m not sure how anyone who is either shorter than 5’5” could reach into this washing machine to do this or anyone who has arthritis or any other mobility issues. Even allowing for user error while getting used to a new washing machine after using a front loader and growing up with an agitator washer, the idea that (1) clothes come out covered in dog hair or lint, while the mesh cover we have on the discharge hose that drains into the utility tub remains clean; (2) having to use an additional spin cycle after the load is completed still resulting in soggy, wet clothes; (3) untangling long sleeve shirts from anything else you might have washed as the shirts twist themselves into wet spaghetti; (4) inconvenient placement of detergent dispenser which unless you have an elongated spout on your container of detergent/softener means you are spilling detergent/softener on your hands and on the actual dispenser drawer, generally; (4) inadequate bleach dispenser – one drop too much sends it spilling out sooner than necessary.     • Samsung is garbage!
One of the worst machines you could ever get. I had a balance issue with mine and when I called Samsung to report the problem not only did they sent a third party company to try to fix (which they did Not fix it) but they also said they're customers are incompetent and don't know how to use the machine. At the time my son was only one month old and I was washing baby cloths (small amount) because my son didn't have much cloths and the machine kept saying a code of (unbalanced and the top cover open codes). Not only does SAMSUNG NOT FIX THE ISSUE BUT ALSO DOWN GRADE THEIR CUSTOMERS. Please, please, please.... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SAMSUNG APPLIANCES. THEY ARE ALL GARBAGE. And by the way they do not honer their warranty. Just a little FYI. ... show more

Do not buy this machine. It leaves lint on clothes every load I have done since day 1. Bought it in October and it is now January. Thought it would get better but is now leaving stains and spots on clothes along with lint. Had Samsung (third party) out and they found absolutely nothing wrong with the machine and blamed it on me. I’ve been doing laundry successfully for 30 years and this is my first problem. Pretty sure it isn’t my error. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!! ... show more

HORRIBLE! Run from this product , NEVER BUY ! Washer will not drain , computer issues ! On my dryer I’ve replace the drum wheels once and the heating element 3 times in three years ! I’ve owned about 2.5 years ! Total TRASH !
