Ordered replacement mirror from Amazon for easy return if didn’t work. Probably paid a little more but …. Found step by step on U Tube to replace mirror. Bottom line is that it gets the job done but a little bit of a compromise vs. original equipment. Slightly different look and yes, there is some mirror vibration as others have mentioned, but, really not a big deal. For someone who is reasonably handy, install is not a problem. Check out one of the videos on YouTube. Hardest part is removing door panel. Looks intimidating but easier than it looks. Total replacement time about 30-60 minutes. ... show more

Watching the videos is a good idea,especialy theone on removing the door panel.I found that It took more time removing the door panel. I have not removed one for a long time. I would say it took about an hour. It still was not too bad. Bear in mine that watching utube is important but you must get 4 screws out and then you must pry around the door with a small screwdriver before it lifts out easily. Again I am not used to how electrical connections are made today but if you are careful it is not too hard. Putting everything back together again is fairly simple. It does take some background in doing things.and compared to having someone replace you will save a lot of bucks even if you break something-as long as it is replaceable. ... show more
