It took about an hour after removing from shipping box to viewing Amazon Prime Movies via our internet system. It should have taken 15 minutes but the remote buttons were so small that it was a pain inputting all the internet connection data. Very poor information on what exactly all the buttons did so there was a lot of trial an error. The picture Quality is excellent but the sound seemed to be somewhat muffled. The smart feature is very good and unlike cable TVs of old there is only one wire going to the unit. This is probably a 5 star product but in our opinion sound quality could be better. ... show more

The picture was great but after 5 hours of trying to set up I finally decided it wasn’t worth it. Trying to return the tv has become a separate night mare. I finally had to call Amazon for a refund and now I’m dealing with the seller telling me I have to pay for shipping this awful product back. Be careful dealing with this seller. The media could not be loaded. The screen on certain shows and movies is so dark you can’t see the people. I’ve changed all the settings and nothing works. I would not buy this TV again.
