The company has discontinued the app needed to operate these. There IS no work around. If you own them, the internal recording to SD MAY still work. I haven't tried it, but there you go. 😡

    • Previously opened, boxes banged up, but working fine
All three cameras were in their original boxes, but the boxes had obviously been opened and re-taped shut. Nothing missing and the cameras worked ok, so I'm thinking these were customer returns. I'm a bit of an "expert" on these, having owned a number of them before, so I tested them thoroughly. All is well so far - I even tested the visual "acuity" of the sensors on text targets to make sure the lens had not been misaligned - all was well, so I'm keeping them despite the banged up packaging. ... show more

    • don’t work …no App any more
The software that supports the product (the application) to monitor it on your phone has been discontinued and there is no alternative at this time. Samsung and Wisenet are very irresponsible. I have installed a lot of this cameras and today don’t work …no App any more.
