This UI is over designed to the point where it’s frustrating to use. Simply toggling between inputs is a chore that takes multiple steps. I got this "Amazon Renewed" and except for the box, which you could tell had been opened before, I couldn't tell the difference between it and buying it new. Perfect working condition. I also got the warranty just in case, but it does not look like I'll need it. Amazed at the Samsung apps and remote that came with it - was not expecting that. I wish the remote would also work for Roku, but it works with other devices connected to it. The color on the tv is amazing, and the matte finish makes it great to watch even during the daytime.     • Horrible experience
Bought it refurbished and it didn’t work at all! It was under warranty to Samsung sent repair crew. It took WEEKS and weeks. They ended up replacing every single part of the TV and the process cost Samsung thousands of dollars - when they could have just replaced it after the repair guys had tried everything but the most expensive part. Even the repair company was just shaking their head. And when you call Samsung no one has the authority to do anything so you’re just sent from department to department. After the repair crew had been here twice Samsung marked the issue solved. It was NOT solved but the one way to get help was to start a new case. It was hoop upon hoop. It’s finally working and I guess we’ll see. Horrible experience. ... show more

    • Will never purchase from Hyper Microsystems again
From the beginning, there was a bracket missing that I spent 2 weeks and 15 attempts to reach them and get it resolved. After spending 3-4 hours working on this, I finally purchased another bracket for what should have been included. They did eventually credit me for the bracket I had to purchase. I would have been okay with all of this if the TV actually worked as expected. 4 months (just beyond their 90 day window), my $900 Samsung TV stopped working. There is nothing they were willing to do. They say it has all been tested and should work like new, BEWARE!!! ... show more
