According to the official product page from Samsung this case should have the following features, which it in fact does not. Colorful led display (white LEDs only) Customizable icons (no way to customize) Set caller ID icons (no option for that) Display battery life (nope) Display date/time (nope) Come preloaded with 30 icons (comes with 9) When I reached out to Samsung via their Twitter support page and via Samsung direct I was just given the runaround. On top of the blatant false advertising from Samsung, the case auto shuts off after about 3 minutes. You turn it on via a toggle button on an app, but after a few minutes the toggle button will auto switch back to off. So basically this is a $50 black case that lights up for a few minutes at a time. Oh, by the way, don't expect to use Samsung pay or Google pay or any nfc feature because NFC is disabled during use. And last but not least the material doesn't provide much grip in the hand, and there's no raised edge on the front, so when laying facedown, as is the intended purpose with this case, the screen gets no protection from whatever surface you're setting it on. ... show more

I absolutely love this case. It's sturdy, classy and feels good in my hands. My case does close all the way and for those it didn't maybe could be your protective phone skin is to thick. I'm loving mine 150%

    • Cool idea but doesn't work.

The effect is amazing when it actually works. Unfortunately the lights only stay on for 10 minutes at a time before randomly shutting off. Apparently this is some sort of software bug. There's also no way to create custom notification icons and I've only been able to get it to push notifications for the default messaging app and when I'm receiving a call. It won't show notifications for any other apps. The concept is really cool but Samsung definitely pushed this out half baked. I imagine that most of this can be fixed with software updates but there hasn't been any word on when that's happening. Stay away from it for now. ... show more

Its easy to use. Just snap on the case and done. Follow your on screen instructions to enable cover LED. You cannot customize the LEDs to do whatever you'd like but it does the job for what it was advertised for.

I give this product a 3 out of 5 - the positives - sleek case, lighting of the LED is definitely a plus. The negatives - Case hardly has any protection for the face of phone. Price is high! You definitely need a solid screen protector If you purchase this product.

Cute product, but too hard to use. Too many settings to figure out. And the case is slippery as all get-out. Drop it out of my pocket more than any case I've ever had.
