The cover is very solid and build well. Great option to have LED indicators in the cover for a quick scan of who is calling. The only issue I have is that the cover will not stay closed on the phone. Most of the time I have to keep the phone flipped over on the front of the case to keep the case closed. This defeats the purpose of having LED indicators within the cover. I can't use/see the indicators unless I flip my phone over. At that point I can open my cover to see the information. At first I thought the issue was due to my glass screen protector and possibly bumping up against the edge. I removed my screen protector and the case still does not close completely without something against it. ... show more

    • Won't stay closed
The good: The case is solid, feels well made, and fits like a glove. However.... The cover is not magnetic, so if you have the case open for a while, then try to close it, it will not shut all the way or worse, will flop completely open. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a case this expensive, especially one that is made by the same manufacturer as the phone itself!! Also, I use a magnetic mount in my car. A slim magnet is put between my phone and my case, which attaches to a magnetic mount on my car vent. If I put the magnet in this case, the LED cover functions just stop. I owned an HTC phone for over ten years, this is my first foray into Samsung and so far, I'm not impressed (case-wise). I think this thing is going back. ... show more

The product description says this will work for the Galaxy S10+, but this is too small for my phone. Going to try and find a way to return it.
