I purchased this phone in March of this year, and after just six months of use, the inner foldable screen suddenly stopped working. Without any apparent reason, a line appeared on the screen, rendering it unusable. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for over five years, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. For a phone that costs $1,400, it’s unacceptable for it to last only five months. To make matters worse, the repair cost for the inner screen is $800, bringing the total repair cost to nearly $1,200. I would not recommend this phone, as it seems to be of poor quality, and the warranty offers little to no support. On top of that, there's no reliable way to contact the seller for assistance. I bought this phone as a side phone to use for trading stocks daily and honestly was very surprised by how great the phone is. It's super quick and you cant even tell it was a refurbished phone. Android phones have come a long way and honestly, for the price it is, I think you're getting your bang for your buck. The newer ones are too pricy and I think that a renewed one is just as good.
