    • Device is not unlocked. Locked to TMobile. Completely false advertising
Spent hours trying to get this phone activated until finally I was calling samsung directly and they tell me the phone is actually locked to tmobile. Completely wasted half my day trying to get this to work because the description is blatantly false. Edit: I'm far less annoyed than when I first wrote this review so I'll explain further. The phone would not provision my sim card and did not have the option Sim manager in settings. When I used a 3rd party IMEI checker, it did say it was unlocked, so I spent a while troubleshooting it with my carrier to figure out why my sim didn't work. They tried to switch me to eSim but this phone had eSim disabled. It turns out the phone was completely carrier locked to tmobile. Checking the IMEI on the samsung support website shows that. tmobile locked phones have eSim disabled, and even trying to use ADB commands or working on the phone with tmobile could not get the option enabled, so my physical sim didn't work, and the esim my carrier transferred me to could not be installed on this phone even though it's supposed to support physical sim. I've unlocked plenty of phones before, but hours with technical support could not get the option enabled in this phone, even factory resetting, wiping the cache partition, trying to force an update etc. If I had far less technical knowledge I would have just returned this phone. Because I thought I could still get this phone unlocked with the help of 3 different companies tech support I wasted an entire day before I had to give up. TL:DR If you get this phone and it doesn't have sim manager in settings and your sim1 doesn't work it's carrier locked and you can't do anything about it. ... show more

This item came early. I was not home. Went back to USPS. Bit thos is good. Ot was safe from porch pirates. Set up and running yesterday via phone assistance with Verizon tech. Nam ! Do e. Was able to use card from prevous phone and place in z flip. I have been usingnit for almost 5 hrs this AM a d it is down to 67 % power. Would like more battery life. Sturdy strong , wt a little more than expected. Protected it with a seperately bought camera and screen paste on and waiting for my goose cover case to come tomorrow. After trying to get the same phone twice from another seller who kept sending the 128 GB instead of 256GB even though the size was stated in the title of the ad, I was so pleased this phone was exactly as stated. Beautiful, I love it! Came fast also.

    • Phone malfunctioning. Would not recommend.
I purchased this phone on Sept 2, 2024. I received it on Sept 5th. And it had began malfunctioning during the first week in November. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at having to return it. I have contacted the seller and I hope that they send me a new, fully functional phone asap.
