Loved this Z-flip from day 1. Purchased this phone August of 2020. The quality of the photos is great. I use it to shoot videos & photo content for instagram often. I have not had any issues with screen problems. NO cracking or anything. The fact that this phone folds in half and actually fits in your pocket makes it more convenient to carry and use. People always ask me about my phone and I always say how happy I am with it. Other reviews mention battery charging issues. I haven't had any problems with this. My phone can go all day and still be at about 48 - 30% when I go to place it on my wireless charger at night. I haven't had any issues with wireless charging of the phone. I also upgraded the look of the phone with a woodgrain patterned skin. Durability wise it is also good. I have dropped the phone a few times on the pavement and nothing negative occurred except for a few small minor chips to the finish at the corners. The finish is durable and the only finish marks my phone has are from hard falls on a rough surface. All in all this phone has worked out great and is still going strong into my 4th year of use & ownership. That's right into my 4th year. How many people even keep a cell phone for that long or have the battery life last that long. Keep in mind those that have a negative experience are more apt to post than those that don't have any problems. I would buy this phone again without hesitation! Which I am for another family member. Love so much! Worked perfect with MetroPCS! The phone Itself is super nice and sleek and thin too! Easily reads my fingerprint when I need to unlock my phone or make a purchase on one of my apps. Bought this phone for my wife as a present and phone was working great for first 3 months and then screen starting having problems with lines/dark spots on screen making it unusable. Called amazon about about return and that expired within first 2 months and was told to contact samsung directly. After calling samsung they had us take to "u break I fix" to get repaired....they kept the phone a couple days and did more damage to screen stating "we can't fix sorry". We contacted samsung again which they had us send the phone to them using their "Q" code thru UPS. Samsung has had the phone for over 21 days and has told us they sent the phone to a wrong address? We have constantly been given the run around and hung up on too many times to count and keep telling us there isn't a manger available to speak to us? I will say I've had a z-flip phone for over 2 years w/ no problems and like it alot. Its not the phone I'm warning you about its the lack of resolve to be concerned about incase something does go wrong. ... show more

This is without a doubt a gorgeous phone and has many features, but I'll have to read the entire user manual as new to smart phones. Although sold as new, there was an occasion where another carrier showed up on a blue screen and my carrier explained that it was an unlocked phone and would still work. Probably the reason didn't pay full Samsung price. I have little hands and although purchased a cover, the cover doesn't quite fit the 5G model so can't adjust volume with it. I would suggest a leather Samsung cover. I have about 214 topics in the user manual to read through. ... show more

Please note that U BREAK I FIX are unable to order screen protector through Samsung its not the distribution list you will have to mail it to SAMSUNG which takes up to 2 weeks to get back to get a screen protector on it, if you do it yourself it voids the warranty of the phone. Perfect for nursing and notes folds easy works great fits in scrubs perfect keep basic notes for myself thank you waited for years worth the wait yes has not broken when dropped and will hang off vent gps holder as long as its open if folded will fall ... show more

The phone is great just didn’t like the Google Play apps. Returned it a couple days later and it’s been over two weeks and still have not gotten my refund.
