For the price I was expecting at least a scratch or a dent of some description, but none to be found!! The phone looks and acts as if it just rolled off the assembly line! The phone arrived earlier than expected which was a godsend because I'm leaving for a trip. Overall I am incredibly satisfied. For those that are curious where the phone folds there is a shallow crease in the screen. It's not anything you're going to notice unless you're looking at the phone from an angle, while you can feel it, it's only really noticeable if you're actively thinking about it. The hinge has about the same resistance as a laptop hinge, and it feels incredibly robust. Battery life is acceptable, its comparable to my Pixel 4a. The only genuine complaint I have about this phone has nothing to do with the refurbisher but everything to do with Samsung and their software, I'm not personally the biggest fan of Samsung's bloatware, I prefer stock Android. However you can get a similar experience with a third party launcher, I highly suggest lawnchair2. With minimal effort I was able to get this phone exactly how I wanted it!! In conclusion overall I am incredibly pleased, the seller was phenomenal and the product is in perfect condition.

I have been a smart phone technology hold out for too many years with my old flip phone. I've been waiting for this Samsung design and it was finally available as I coincidentally had an accident that destroyed my old phone. I'm still learning all the smart phone functionality, but absolutely love the fold function of this phone! Fits in shirt pockets and front blue jeans pockets with no problem and no one sees the phone! The very slight ripple of a crease in the center of the glass where this Z Flip phone folds is no a problem. I was worried by all the bad critical reviews about the battery life, but I've been pleasantly surprised. You won't run out of battery life unless your on the phone constantly all day. It conserves power when folded if you make the correct settings on set up. I bought a heavy duty phone cover that also folds with the phone and it works great! I finally have the functionality of a smart phone and the miniaturization of a bulky piece of glass. Best of both worlds! Love it!

This item arrived with a green line on the screen. It started as intermittent and then became steady. When I tried to return it, they claimed I dropped it and would not refund my money. In addition, the SMS card would not seat properly and I could not use Kindle (got an error that there was something wrong with the O/S). Not worth the money.

Well I'll start by saying that some of the features do work well but like the fingerprint feature it's giving me a problem and the battery life is okay and I would have given it a five star the money that I spent on it was it was okay it was okay I could have probably got it cheaper but I was going to return it and then I just decided to keep it so overall I like my new phone and I really needed one so it's working pretty well I just hope I never ever have problems with it I have insurance on it so if I do at least you know I can always get a new one if anything happens you know so that's my ratings of my new flip phone that I'm happy with

I'm so glad I purchased this product. It came in a box with a charger just like promised and the phone works wonderfully. I don't typically like android phones but this one definitely takes the cake for the best Android phone I've ever had. The autocorrect is a bit weird sometimes but other than that I have no complaints. I love the folding aspect of the phone it's so cool. The battery life isn't as good as my iPhone 11 was but it's not particularly bad either. I love the fingerprint reader too I missed that so much when I got the iPhone 11. Overall I'm very pleased! Edit: I've had this phone for a few months now and I still really like it. The only real complaint I can give besides the battery life could be better is the fingerprint reader malfunctions kind of a lot. It's annoying, but it doesn't happen all the time.

For me at 88 it is too difficult to operate. Great applications that i do not use. Nice folding and easy to place in my pocket. May need to return for a simpler flip phone. This phone will be great for someone having knowledge in advanced cell phone use. Did not arrive with instructions.

I love this phone but unfortunately my phone service company could not get technical problem resolved. I could do everything except make and receive calls so I had to return the phone to Bayshine Trading. Bayshine Trading was very cooperative throughout this whole ordeal. They always reply promptly to my e-mails, kept me updated and refunded me in full right away when they received the phone back.

I've never dropped this phone. I've had the phone for 1 year and 2 months. I've always kept it in a protective case. I have loved the size of this phone. I also like the sense of closure I feel when I close the phone after a call. Having the phone closed keeps me from opening it to waste time and to look at it mindlessly. The camera is not very good. Thee colors are dull and when zoomed out the picture is fish-eyed. Samsung can do much better and should habe put time into developing a better camera. A week ago I closed my phone and put it on my bedside nightstand. When I woke in the morning, I opened the phone and the center crease created micro cracks seen in one of another reviewers pics. It makes the center crease look pixelated with RGB. When the screen is off it looks like tiny nicks/cracks in the screen. Really disappointed. I called Samsung. No dice. He gave me a phone reapir place I could take it to. When I called the reapir place they said they don't work on the z flip. The tech is too new and difficult for them. My advice, get a different phone until the tech is good enough to not break from normal use.
