Please be aware that these phones dont last, i had my flip for 6 months when the screen came apart on itself and didnt wanna open all the way. The phone was making a loud crack noise after a couple months. On the 7th month the screen split in half and one side didnt work and after i opened and closed it, ink stains started to appear. I couldnt ser anything on my screens. I tried contacting this seller but no luck they just seem to wash their hands. Please be aware!!!!!!!!! Worst $400 dollars ive spent ... show more

    • Careful about buying from this Company
We purchased 2 Samsung flip phones. For one of the phone in less than a month the screen completely gave out. We were within our return window. When the company received the phone, they claim that the phone was damaged beyond the unviewable screen. They charged a 30% restocking fee. When asked what was the additional damage, I received an automatic generic message that claims the 90 day warranty does not cover damages. When I requested again what was wrong besides the unviewable screen. No response. Be weary of this companies they will profit off of selling faulty products. ... show more

Fir the price of these, you would think they would have both. But greedy Samsung wants you to buy the one with the most storage space, at a premium, rather than let you add a less expensive SD card. And all my files that were saved on an SD card in my old phone have to be transferred manually. Boo. That said, this was in perfect condition for a refurbished phone. ... show more
