Soft, hard, colorful, bland, clear, plastic, silicone rubber etc. etc etc. I just received my new Samsung Galaxy Z flip phone and I started searching for a case for it. I'm starting to think that phone makers make the plastic case a slick and slippery as possible so that you have to buy a case but either way, you simply must have one. Thin but protective, just the right tactile feel to reduce slipping in the hand but not too much that it won't slide into your pocket. Happy to get the lovely case, but there is a problem. Unfortunately, it blocks wifi signal. After several attempts, I had to remove the case in order to get wifi back. Otherwise, I love the case, but that is a bit of a problem.

Ordered one straight from the Samsung website when I got my phone. Fits well and works well. Protected my phone from multiple falls on different hard surfaces with no marks on my phone except a tiny knick on the hinge. The ring and ribbon are holding up well, but the ribbon is dirty and hard to clean. My only big problem (and its the same issue I have with all silicone covers) is that the surface is starting to bubble and peel. I've had it for 6 months of continuous use and that's my only complaint. Now that we're 6 months in, I'm trying to find a replacement and hoping the case technology has caught up. Not sure if I'll buy it again since it's a bit expensive to have to keep replacing. ... show more
