I was looking into a fitness tracker when I stumbled across the "Amazon Refreshed" Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. I never wanted a smart watch, but I did want a way to track heart rate, steps, and my workouts. For the price of the refreshed option and the comfort of knowing I could return it if it wasn't as expected, I figured, why not give it a try? I'm a Galaxy girl and have all Samsung devices so it fits right in. First, the watch shipped without original packaging - there were a couple comments that said they received all the original packaging so I was initially a little bummed about that. But not like I need more packaging to take up space. The charger included in the box is not OEM but it does work to charge the watch (it is the slower 1A 5V charger). The watch itself looks brand new. Can't tell that it had been used at all. I put it through its paces and it seems to hold a charge very well. I had actually also purchased the black version and the Watch 6 (both refreshed) to see which one I like best. The 6 came in OEM packaging and while I preferred the size of the watch 6, the battery life couldn't come close to the 5 Pro. I also preferred the brushed nickel look over the black version of the 5 Pro. I was worried because this model indicated it is the Latin America version, but it works just like the other 5 Pro. The watch is huge and I have very small wrists so it has been an adjustment wearing something so bulky. The OEM band was too big for me and even though I made it work, the excess strap caused an awkward fit. I replaced the band with a thinner silicone band and it is much more comfortable now. That said, the features that it offers are impressive. My favorites: body composition analysis, sleep tracking, integration with Samsung Health and my fitness apps such as GymRun & MyNetDiary. I also love being able to get messages and texts without having to pick up my phone. This watch is a key motivator in helping me achieve my fitness goals so for that aspect alone, worth the refreshed cost! I definitely won't hesitate to buy Amazon Refreshed for other items in the future, just know that there is a spectrum of what you'll get. ... show more

The quality and the condition of this watch is awesome. Did not came with the original charger but hey no scratches feels like new, works as new and it looks new. The battery hold for two days and I am a very active person.

Great price, great watch, no instruction manual. The charger is not the original wall charger or the original cable. The charging cable was USB A instead of USB-C and is generic. Both the charging brick and cable are not Samsung products for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.

I have several Amazfit, Huwai and TicWatch. I was turned off from smart watches after my Moto lasted 6 months. Overall battery life has really improved. Each brand has it's pro's and con's. My TicWatch pro bettery has been failing after about 8 hours, so I decided to look at the Galaxy 5 was a great choice, especially AZ Renewed. I've had the watch 4 classic. Battery was awful. Screen to small . And it just didn't connect right. But this beast, worth every penny. Get you one before you can't I also suggest getting the facer app. The wear OS app doesn't have a good selection of watch faces. The one in the pics is from facer

I have been looking to upgrade my fitbit versa 3 and this thing came up. It's refurbished and was on sale. I must say that I like all of the features.     • Beware before buying
The condition of the watch was as it should be. But now the bad news: there is NOT 32GB of storage as stated in the listing--only 16GB (which the seller says is a "mistake" but the "mistake" remains uncorrected. The charger power source is a 'travel charger', with a paltry 300ma for a device that needs 2 amps. And the charging cable is not Galaxy, but rather a cheap 1 amp rated slow charger, that I measured at under 0.25 amps--and that's only until it drops down to under 0.1 amps for reasons I can't figure out. Charging can take FOREVER. I'm deciding whether to just return this and try another seller, since their only suggestion to the "mistake" was to just return it anyway, and they ignored my question about charging entirely.
