Have owned this watch for a little over 6 months now and love it. Was worried about it being renewed but have not had any issues. It works like a brand new one. Purchased a bling wristband for it and haven't regretted my purchase ever. Battery life is great, I get 2 days out of it. I’ve had this watch for a couple of weeks now and I have to say how great the battery life is! A full charge lasts about 2 days. The watch looks very nice and is super cool and easy to use. I tried buying on eBay literally 3 times before finding Amazon renewed. Every eBay watch had something horribly wrong with it, massive scratches or oddly replaced screens that looked fogged. Great smart watch. Bought this to replace identical 2-year old Active 2 watch when it died while swimming in a pool. Love the capabilities of the software and ability to changes bands and faces. Only gripe is that my original watch failed after getting wet.

I appreciate the appearance of the device. The band and face looks brand new. The charging unit is definitely aftermarket, but seems just fine. My problem is it doesn’t always alert my text messages. Like 75 percent it does, but i need it to work every time. Also, it won’t update to the newest software. I’ve tried over wifi, tried on 5G uc… it keeps failing. So I’m going to return it unfortunately… which sucks because i have to find a new box and packing bubble. ... show more
