Watch arrived in like new condition. I've been wearing it at least a couple days a week for almost a year. A lot of the bugs and missing apps this watch had when it released have been updated and fixed since it runs the same software you'd have on samsung's latest and greatest. I don't want to sleep with a watch on so it charges at night and has plenty of battery at the end of the day to probably make it to around 24 hours if I'm not using it for much and have the screen always on. I bought this watch for fitness tracking, I've been using samsung health on my phone for years but wanted to leave my phone at home. I use YouTube music with Buds while working out and tracking it will burn through the battery in a little under 2 hours. That's generally fine for me because most of my work outs are under 2 hours. If you're training for a marathon or want this to track everything on an all day work out you may need the larger/newer version or your phone. Beyond work outs the battery doesn't last long when you're actually using the watch to do anything but display the face. Downloading apps and music initially blew through a full charge in a couple hours when I first got it and I was worried but once it's set up you won't really find yourself needing a lot of screen time and tasks run on the watch for hours a day. I like the UI Samsung fitness, google wallet, weather, tracking apps work great. I really like that google wallet can work offline without my phone if it was connected to the phone recently. It slows down a bit sometimes mostly with youtube music loading up a large library. I never used the LTE, I feel like anything I'd use it for would blow through the battery too fast, except maybe sending the occasional text while working out. The watch can do a lot offline but isn't a good substitute for a phone due to the battery life and just the size. I'm considering trading up to the Watch 6 now only because samsung has trade in deals where you can trade in the 4 classic for $200 meaning I used the watch for a year and will trade it in for more than I spent. The main upgrades with the 6 would just be a slightly larger battery, the saphire glass and potentially updates further into the future. Either way the Watch 4 is a good buy. ... show more

The notifications are readable calls are clear it operates very well and has alot of features like sleep tracking, stress, but also ones like an app to look at your email or play games. The durability is pretty good I do construction and it dosent even have a scratch. We'll worth the money

With refurbished products you can't expect perfection, but as far as the watch itself goes, that's what I got! However the charger that came with it was a 3rd party charger that felt very cheap. After 2 nights of using it I noticed in the mornings my watch was not fully charged, and then I watched it charge and noticed it was getting an undercoat warning. Luckily I have another samusung galaxy watch, so I tried that charger, and it works perfectly. ... show more

My Watch Active 2 finally gave out, making it time to move on to a replacement. After some searching, decided to pull the trigger on this refurbed model. What a great decision that was for me! Received the product in short order, was in perfect condition and has been working perfectly since. I use my watch very heavily, wearing it almost all day, every day. I play golf, work out and use it during my work day as a primary watch. What I love about it - more robust than the Active 2; larger, clear screen; great battery life (currently getting close to 1.5 days in between charge with workouts/golf tracking included; easy to navigate and operate; not to mention that it looks great. I initially had wrote a bad review and gave 1 star cause the watch wouldn't power up but it turns out the battery was really dead. I put it on a "fast" wireless charger for about an hour and it finally started charging and turned on...moral of the story is don't jump the gun, if it doesn't work be patient and let it charge. ... show more

I bought this watch to replace my Galaxy Watch 2018 edition. Only reason for the change is one app I use only works on the Wear OS as of August 2024. I received it today it was at 30% battery so I charged it to about 68% before I went through the setup. It came with the Samsung charger, not an aftermarket that I've seen in other reviews. It will charge on my old watch charger and also a wireless charger stand that does my phone, watch, and Galaxy Buds. So far it has worked flawlessly, looks brand new, no scratches and the band is like new. I will update my review after I have worn it for a few weeks if anything changes. ... show more

Everything about the watch is great. Connecting to my phone was easy, and the use of the device itself has been intuitive and simple to grasp. My only complaint thus far is that when using the T9 keyboard layout, the backspace is so small that it's difficult to hit without instead hitting one of the suggested words. This is such a small issue, however, that it did not dent my opinion of the watch itself. Battery could be a little more generous but given that it usually lasts me 3-4 days on one charge, I think it is acceptable. I was worried that everything would be too hard to read on the small screen, but I find myself often replying to and reading texts from the watch instead of my phone out of option instead of necessity. ... show more
