If I could give ZERO I would!! I should have listened to all the reviews, about the phone being "locked" and not to buy. As described, phone is in excellent condition, although it's refurbished. However, looks can be deceiving. I spent about 2hrs on the phone with Tmobile, only to be told the phone is on installments on another account. The phone is blocked and can't be used. Item was as advertised, it was a day late but that was a FedEx issue, not YY Wireless fault. It did not come in the box depicted but was otherwise as expected (Excellent condition, correct color, storage, etc.) and had a charging cable.
