If I could give ZERO I would!! I should have listened to all the reviews, about the phone being "locked" and not to buy. As described, phone is in excellent condition, although it's refurbished. However, looks can be deceiving. I spent about 2hrs on the phone with Tmobile, only to be told the phone is on installments on another account. The phone is blocked and can't be used. Had the phones 24 hours, they were rated as renewed (excellent). I can't tell a difference from brand new really great looking phones. So far they seem to run great, they both got a little warm during the setup process but we were transferring 115gig to them so it is to be expected. Also, just a side note if you have a relatively new sim card this phone will take your physical sim and turn it into an electronic one. It has been a long time since we upgraded and that may be normal but i thought it was really cool. ... show more

Absolutely dumps on the weak iphones. Brand new iphone 48 megapixels, and thats the best one, last year it was the exact same. IPhone literally makes no improvements and sends you your overpriced device. The last time Samsung had a camera that bad was 7 years ago. And this phone of course has a 200 megapixel camera which even on its worst day takes a better picture than any iPhone ever has in history. That tells you everything you need to know about what iPhone is really giving you versus a device like this. All Apple cares about is making sure they sell you the next iPhone so they don't make improvements they just repackage the same stuff sell it to you at higher prices and pocket that boost in share earnings. ... show more
