The keyboard looks beautiful and synced right up with Synapse but it had an issue with the A and the S keys not always registering keystrokes or outputting double letters from one keystroke. I tried updating the firmware and routing it through a powered USB hub to see if either would resolve the issue but it didn’t help. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with this particular model or I received a faulty keyboard. Also the keyboard itself is just very difficult to type on due to the distance the keys have to travel in order to register an input. I returned the item and went back to my Aukey mechanical keyboard which doesn’t sync with Synapse or have any of the features but it’s way more functional for typing and doesn’t have the chatter or input issues. ... show more

Great keyboard! Love the volume roll bar. You might need to get a wrist rest because it's kind of high. Nice clicky keyboard switches, but a little loud if you have a condenser microphone too close. Get the cherry MX switches if the noise is too much. Great RGB effects!

This keyboard has an issue with adding additional letters when used for typing. For example, when I hit the letter "t", it will come out "tttt" instead of just one "t". I have tried updating my computer as well as changing and playing around with the keyboard settings, and nothing has worked. It seems to only have this issue with the left side of the keyboard. ... show more

Keyboard is awesome. Colors of lights are all customizable including different patterns and effects. The keys are fairly loud, which I like, however my wife does not like that.

Keyboard came poorly packaged, as others here have mentioned. 8 keys were in the bag w/ the keyboard. Essentially the bottom left corner keys. No big deal, reassembled. But the keyboard lags, skips, and repeats key presses. Tried w/ and w/o Synapse. Raised and lowered the response timing. Nothing fixed. Requested a swap. Will update how that one turns out. Got the keyboard, it came as advertised as being refurbished. Keys double tapped but it was a quick fix, what disappointed me was missing the macro 1 key (M1). Overall. It's decent.
