Phone works perfectly, I was surprised by the addition of screen protector, it's a necessity for this phone and its fantastic of the sellers to include it pre-installed. Battery life never let's me down, especially coming from a S20 FE, it's a night and day difference. Phone comes pre-installed with One UI 7.5 but is upgradeable to 8.5 + another 5 years (as I'm writing this) the condition lives up to the name. I couldn't find any scratches of any sorts. All features are fully operational, and I have no reservations or concerns regarding its performance. I am particularly impressed by the outstanding cosmetic condition of a refurbished device. Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret. My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out. ... show more

Got a nice s24 ultra 5G refurbished phone. Only had tiny scratches on the screen but with a screen protector i cannot see them anymore. I have it for months now and the phone works super good! All legit and 0 problems. I really love it, it come with the original pencil but no charger.

They say it's the US version (SM-928U) but it's a SM-928W, which is a canadian version. While they are essentially the same you have to deal with digital wallet issues, software update issues and mmwave bands missing. I'm giving it 3 stars cause it looked brand new but I don't want to deal with the headache of things not working with a Canadian phone in the US. ... show more

    • The last of the great Samsung phones
As a longtime Samsung Note owner, this "Ultra" is the final iteration of the "Note" family I'd consider buying, although it definately isn't perfect. The is NO provision for a memory card, which is a HUGE, HUGE problem if you use it for vacations pix/vids. I constantly run out of storage despite the memory size. I have only two choices: either to carry some kind of transfer device(s) or transfer the images/videos to the cloud EVERY night or face a very real chance of the phone being filled to capacity and missing memories. The pen is on the wrong side making it's placement only suitable for left-handed folks. Buuuut, yes, the cameras are better, you'll get updates for more years, and it appears (fingers crossed) to be more resistant to being dropped compared to the Note 20. Forget the in-between phones like the 21, 22 & 23 ... Watch the YT vids ... You'll understand. I definitely love it, but the above mentioned problems are serious & real for many. If I could have gotten a Note 20 with some of the new stuff, like the cameras, there's probably no way I would every own anything else again ... It's literally that close to perfect. There's no concevable way I'd buy an Ultra 27 compared to the last great "Note" ... ... show more

    • Cport damaged upon arrival
Ever since I bought this phone, the charging port was damaged. I clicked to return the item for that same reason and randomly it started working fine.... but it would be on and off. I watched youtube videos and cleaned the port many times and still it will not work randomly. I even done hardware resets just in case that was the issue for charging. The problem remains. They sold me a refurbished phone that has a damaged charging port that works on and off and it is too late for me to return or exchange this phone. Buyer beware..... ... show more
