These phones are not genuinely unlocked or fully paid for. AT&T will eventually block the device because the seller has not completed the payment plan. Once the device is blocked, it becomes unusable, and you also cannot use it outside of the US, even if it initially appears to work. Save yourself the trouble and avoid purchasing unless the seller can provide proof that the device is fully paid off and permanently unlocked. ... show more

Received this phone today, and it is carrier locked to AT&T. When I call AT&T to try and remove the lock, they can't help me, as they say the phone belongs to someone else. If I plug in the IMEI number on their device unlock page, it says it can't be unlocked until all installments are paid off. Absolutely useless phone. ... show more
