Locked to carrier. Seller does not care in the slightest to assist. Phone itself is in perfect working order apart from the S Pen which remains disconnected and will not perform air connect features.

These phones are not genuinely unlocked or fully paid for. AT&T will eventually block the device because the seller has not completed the payment plan. Once the device is blocked, it becomes unusable, and you also cannot use it outside of the US, even if it initially appears to work. Save yourself the trouble and avoid purchasing unless the seller can provide proof that the device is fully paid off and permanently unlocked. ... show more
