Super cute jacket! I was looking for either a cardigan or blazer with a black and white checker pattern. All the cardigans I saw were too bulky and I wanted something more fitted. This blazer fits the bill perfectly. I like that it has deep pockets, and the sleeves roll up and actually stay up. Goes with a lot of different outfits, and jazzes up a plain black dress. Love it!

This runs small around the middle (I don't button it) but fits well across the shoulders and is relatively flattering. It's an inexpensive knit fabric, but the dark colors (I have black and several other colors) don't look cheap. The look is on the casual side, but with the right outfit it works well for the office, or for everything but very formal occasions. Some details on the colors I've gotten: The black is excellent. The dark green is extremely dark, almost black. The light gray is cheap looking, unfortunately. The "wine red" is pretty close to red—not as wine colored as pictured, and not as subdued as I prefer for work, but pretty. (I actually wonder if they sent me the wrong color.) Unfortunately, despite the obviously photoshopped product photos I ordered the gray plaid, and what I got was a completely different blazer—smaller, lined, with flap pockets instead of zip pockets, and black/white houndstooth. It was bizarre. I can't recommend ordering that, or any of the patterns that don't have real pictures. So minus one star for having to run around returning things.
