Upon inspection it appeared as if phone was never used. Perfect condition! After turning phone on it went through the setup screens and everything went smoothly. I was able to basically clone my old phone to new phone pretty quickly. That saved me hours of time in setup. Great experience with this seller. Screen developed a black line in it after 2 weeks. Seller offered to replace it but i couldn't be without phone for 3 days, so i ended up just repurchasing the phone from them so I could send the first phone back for a refund. Price had changed so seller offered me a partial $50 refund from the second purchase to cover the difference and my full refund from the first phone posted within 2 days of them receiving it. Great service, help and communication. If you are purchasing a refurbished electronic, i definitely recommend this seller. Got the "refurbished excellent" condition of the phone. The phone itself looks flawless, no dings or scratches. It works great EXCEPT for 1 issue so far: Watching YouTube videos. Sometimes the videos will lag & run like in slow motion - and no, its not my wifi connection or the app malfunctioning. I've used YouTube on my previous phone which I had for the past 5 years and it never had these issues. I have to close out of the app & relaunch it to eliminate the issue. This is the second phone that I've purchased from this particular refurbisher which is Re-Cell aks Backmarket and just as the last phone which was a S23FE this phone looks brand new. Not a blemish anywhere on the device nor the screen. I will post an updated review once I start using it and let you know if it functions and the battery life is as it should be however I do not anticipate any problems. Like I stated this is a second time I have bought a refurbished phone from this supplier and the last one has performed outstanding and have had no issues with it other than me dropping it and cracking the screen which is why I ordered this new phone.
