    • 5G does not work with T-Mobile

The phone I received would not access 5G T-Mobile towers. It was limited to 4G. This was likely due to the phone being manufactured for the cell phone market in Spain (When the phone failed to work as advertised, I took it immediately to T-Mobile where this information was unearthed). Apparently, the 5G bands and/or signalling used in Spain is different than American cell towers use. As mentioned, the 4G did work, but the 5G did not. Of course, the reason for upgrading from my s9+ is to get 5G. What troubles me is that the seller, Cellmigo, knew this, or should have if they are in the business of selling phones in the US market. However, no such disclosure is found anywhere on the sales page. To the contrary, the page indicated that the phone is 5G compatible domestically. Oops! I've returned the phone for a full refund and assume that there will be no restocking fees since this is the sellers mistake. Failure to do so would constitute bad faith on the part of Cellmigo. My hope is that this is simply an oversight. Unfortunately, for now, I am force to give Cellmigo a rating of ONE STAR. Should Cellmigo give a full refund, I will consider re-rating and re-posting. Again, oversights do occur. Let's hope that this is one of those times and Cellmigo acts to remedy the situation honorably. ... show more

Product has been tampered with before shipping and the phone is not useable, cannot use tap tp pay, cannot log into banks, cannot log into cash app. When running an integrity test it says there is no integrity at all. Paid 45 dollars for rush shipping too, sure hope I get that back.
