For a refurbished- excellent phone, it was excellent! Great battery, good screen, decent size and heft, is better at picking WiFi signal than my pixel pro fold. Would recommend 10/10. I like the 🍑 color also.

I just had my Galaxy s23 ultra 1 TB arrive a couple days ago. The phone itself is in really good condition. I don't know if it's a refurbished one or a brand new one. But it looks brand new. I had a Galaxy s 23 ultra previously that had less storage on it and had a couple other issues. The finger print sensor and Bluetooth pen wasn't working on my previous phone. So upgrading to this one is really nice. It's working really fast and having no issues. My only complaint would be the shipping. But that wasn't on the company shipping it. I'm assuming it was FedEx's fault. Because I spent $50 for overnight. But it ended up still taking them like 5 days to deliver it. So really that's on FedEx. But this phone seems to be in really good condition. It also came with a double sided type C cable and a type C cable box. It arrived in bubble wrap inside of a phone size box. So the company selling it took good care in packaging it. I'd buy from them again. ... show more

Edit: Camera works as it should! I love this phone and I'm going to get some lens covers for extra protection. Bought a different phone from this seller and that one arrived in perfect condition. I don't usually leave reviews but this is such an important purchase. Took my time to look it over when I received it and it almost seems brand new. It was packed really well and included a basic charger. My only concern is damage to the top left camera. I guess it took a fall at some point as there's scuffs/dents on the outer rim and a questionable scuff inside the lens between the center and left side. I was prepared for some cosmetic damage, but since the camera is one of the main features of this phone I can't help but be a little disappointed- hence the 4 stars. I'm still going to give it a try. Once I can properly test the camera I'll update this review as necessary. ... show more

Got the phone in excellent condition. Worked perfectly as described. Factory unlocked and all. The only problem was the charger that it came with, was not powerful enough to charge it up out the box. I had to use a different charger. That is why it got 4 stars for me.
