The phone came in on time, and packaged securely. It arrived in very good condition, just some very minor scuffs on the screen, which are hard to notice with the screen off. There was some dust on the s-pen but I cleaned it off no problem and have had no functional problems with it. I was able to connect it to my Verizon network with no issues, and was able to verify that it is a real Galaxy S23 Ultra (IMEI/SN checks). The battery life has been great, especially since upgrading to android 15. I get great signal with it, calls are clear, the speakers are insane, and the screen is nice and bright. It is a big and moderately bulky phone because of the squared off corners. I personally like this, but if you have small hands you're going to want a good grip case. Purchased device from seller January 31st and device failed beginning of June 6. That's 126 days for a phone I paid $600 for. Return window is 90 days, and they are firm about that. Makes sense given they just need it to last until past that. Display on the device just went turned green then went black and ceased funtioning. They suggested I take it to get it repaired, but I'm just annoyed because there isnt even a scratch on the device. They suggested water damage, LDI is white, not pink. Could be a poorly connected cable given its intermittent flashing with my homescreen before finally going dark and unresponsive. My experience might not be yours, but there are other sellers on Amazon you can try your luck with. ... show more
