My phone arrived undamaged, in perfect condition! I waited to do this review until I had it for a bit to make sure everything worked right. Well....IT'S AMAZING!!! The phone was not damaged in any way. It looked like a brand new phone, right out of the box! Not only that, but it functions flawlessly. I don't use all of the features (and it has a lot of them), mostly because I don't do social media stuff, or take many pictures. However, taking pictures is absolutely amazing! There are sooooo many options: like filters, colors, cropping, picture size, frame size, etc. There's just a ton of them. There is also Biometric features, which I appreciate. I had the S9+ and the fingerprint reader was on the back. If you use the fingerprint feature on this phone, make sure you set a passcode or pin as well. The fingerprint reader is on the screen. It shows as a pop-up. Of course you have to go through the fingerprint set-up first, and can choose more than one finger/thumb. My concern is that if the screen gets damaged where the reader is, the screen probably wouldn't be able to be able to read your print. It does NOT have an iris scanner. This IS a 5G phone, but it can connect to 4G and other networks as well. I believe there might have been a SIM card, but I honestly don't remember. I took the SIM from my other phone and put it in this one, so I didn't need it anyway. I use AT&T pre-paid, and it works fine. Right out of the box. I don't know if it's unlocked to a variety of different network or service providers. My service provider is AT&T, and the phone I got from this seller is also AT&T. My recommendation to anyone considering purchasing this phone, would be to contact the seller, first and ask about supported service providers. If you have AT&T, it's a total win! :) This phone charges super fast, and the battery life is fabulous. For my usage, anyway. You absolutely have to use a fast charging cable, or you'll ruin your phone. I believe it came with a USB cable, but I can't remember if the block was included. Either way, if you need to get a charging block, and/or cable, MAKE SURE they're fast charging!!! I thought the cable it came with was too short for my needs, so I bought a new one on Amazon that is specifically for the S23+...and phones like it. Another recommendation I have is to get an Otterbox. BEFORE you start using the phone. If you drop it, then a lot of money was spent for nothing. The camera lenses on the back protrude. I personally have the Otterbox Defender series, as the case itself prevents the camera lenses from touching any surface when you lay the phone down. It's the same if you lay it face down. The cover prevents the face from touching the surface of anything. I would seriously consider getting a high quality case with this phone, instead of a cheap knock-off. (Not all cases are created equal.) The phone is constructed of metal, not plastic, so it feels very well made. It's not a light phone, but not super heavy, either. At least to me. The phone doesn't come in an original box. At least mine didn't. It came with the phone and charging cable. I can't remember if it came with the little key that opens the SIM slot. If it doesn't, you'll need to get one. It also doesn't come with a manual. Also, unless you get the S23 Ultra, there is no stylus. If that's what you're looking for, the S23+ doesn't have that capability at all. You aren't able to get an S Pen with it, as the S Pen wouldn't function, even if you bought one and tried. I would also like to mention that it's super easy to transfer your data and contacts (and whatever else) to the S23+. I don't have any idea about transferring from an Apple product, though. Samsung is my go-to for phones. As for settings, there are too many to list. There is a specific one for the battery that I would like to mention, however. It makes it so your phone doesn't charge over 80% when fully charged, which is important. The phone won't overcharge that way and end up ruining your battery. As for call settings, there are a lot of those as well. For people that are hard of hearing, there are options for that. If, on the other hand, you'd like to protect your hearing and how loud the phone can get while listening to music or talking on it, you can limit the volume. It has features for the blind, but I don't know what that entails. It also has the car feature, but I don't know anything about that. I don't drive. I hope this review was helpful. :)

The media could not be loaded. I was so skeptical ordering a renewed phone for myself, to hold me over for the ultra 25 to come out. But my old phone totally broke. So I ordered from this company threw Amazon, Let me just say, BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE!!! THE PHONE CAME in with a box, it was charged too (which i liked) . The phone has NO SCRATCHES, NOT EVEN LIL MARK ON IT. Everything works on the phone, speaker, Bluetooth, camera, battery life is GREAT, CHARGERS FINE. I had the phone for about 2weeks now, I did wait to make a review to see how the phone is, There absolutely nothing wrong with it! & for the price is totally worth it!! 🙌 I would honestly order again for my daughter for her first phone. There was not even one thing I can complain about the phone. The phone was in perfect condition!!!!! It was LIKE BRAND NEW, OR WAS BRAND NEW, SOMEONE just didn't want it anymore. Lol. I actually fell in love with this phone. 😍 the camera is GREAT 📸 Highly recommend getting a renewed a phone from this company!!

The first phone I got was in rough condition with lots of chips on the frame, but the screen looked good. However, I could not even start to set it up, as it never could turn WiFi on. I returned it for a refund, but immediately repurchased a second phone, and it looked to be in excellent condition, but this one was Locked to Spectrum. I called Spectrum to see if they could unlock it, but I was told that the previous owner still owed money on the phone, and I would have to contact the original owner to have them ask to have it unlocked. Yeah, right. Sending this one back too, and I will find another seller that hopefully checks their phones before sending them out!

The only drawback was no instructions at all in the box, just the phone. I did purchase a screen saver and cover at the same time, and they all work in unison. Very happy with this purchase. The phone looked brand new, even had the super fast charging cable and plug-in. Battery lasts much longer than my old S22. Having the larger screen is nice, and texting/writing is easier to do as well. Have the upgrade 256gig memory is also now. I use Visible as my mobile provider and it was as simple as switching the SIM card and rebooting my phone.
