I purchased this skirt for a theatre production and was not disappointed. It's very full, with a great silhouette and terrific movement. The fabric hangs beautifully and there is a LOT of it - multiple layers of gauze, which makes it heavy enough to fall correctly when moving or dancing. If you're looking at this for an active event, like a theatre production or a renaissance faire, you should probably be aware that the fabric as a whole is fairly delicate so if it snags on something it would be easy to tear. The sizing on this is very generous, the waistband is elastic and there is a drawstring as well which helps but if you're smaller than a US8 or have a very straight figure the weight of the skirt might make it difficult for it to stay up unless you have it tucked into a bodice or belt. I will be buying several more, overall it's a good piece for the price.

I'm in love with this skirt! It's very comfortable, well made, and super fun to wear. I got it to be an underskirt for my outfit for a Renaissance festival. I was a little worried that the color would be off or it wouldn't fit but I was proven wrong. The color is pretty accurate to the product picture and it fits really well. It's amazing for twirling around in and adding some volume to another dress. It's very light despite having so much fabric. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a good quality, fun, flowy, and colorful skirt that you should get this one.

Took a gamble on this skirt as even 4 star reviews mentioned pretty significant issues. I thoroughly inspected the skirt after opening and found no real issues. Seams were surged and sturdy. Ends were finished. Fabric feels pretty strong and even survived being walked on up a flight of 32 stairs. The white is super crisp, but yes it is see through even with the slip underneath. But, what white clothing isn't?? Was very crinkled out of the package, but considering they had to ball it up to ensure the lowest possible shipping cost to you, its to be expected. Nothing a little ironing or hang in a steamy shower wouldn't fix. Had some stray strings sticking out of the bottom hem, just clippings that hitched a ride through the machine. I pulled them out and my skirt is still intact. There are a couple of spots where the gathering or pleating at the top edge of a tier had gotten taken a little goofy by the machine. but unless you are studying every inch of every seam, it is not noticable. Waistband is nice and thick. Has a string to tighten. My string was one piece all the way around with lots of extra slack. I am a 26 waist at 5'4 and it fits beautifully. The length when worn at my hips is a little long and drags a little bit, which is perfect. The skirt is super full and catches the air nicely. I am able to tuck sections and still have quite a bit for twirling. Skirt says it is dry clean only. In all reality, no one is going to do that. Im not. I would recommend not letting it float free in your wash unless yours doesn't have an agitator, or if yours is a dyed color. I specifically bought mine white to avoid the dye bleed. I've had a dress like that and trying to get the color sealed without knowing how it was originally dyed is a nightmare. However, this was the perfect price for me to take a gamble so I can learn to tie dye my own skirt. If it's a success I will definitely be returning for more white skirts.

I needed quick costumeing for working the Dickens Christmas fair in SF, so I bought this skirt in both red and green to layer with another set of skirts I bought in both red and green to achieve the look that I wanted. These skirts are amazing! Full circle of good quality light comfortable fabric that layers perfectly around your feet. Not too bulky and great for working behind a tight counter space. I feel the skirt would be excellent for dancing and spinning... I will definitely be purchasing more of these skirts in other colors for casual outfits and summer time!! ππ 10/10

This is a nice full skirt, but it only goes to my ankles making it a little too short. I am about 5' 7 1/2" tall, so the skirt would be better for someone a bit shorter.

A little stiff, definitely comes very very wrinkled due to the way it is packed. 5β8β and it hits pretty well above my ankles but I wear it all at my waist. I got the copper and it is a lovely rich color. The waist elastic is not too tight, and hopefully will get a little looser with time . Will definitely be buying more colors

The media could not be loaded. I ordered two of these skirts for my Mirabel cosplay that I am making. They are both going to be dyed but I wanted to post this before I dyed them and worked on them. The fabric is light and flows very well. I ordered two skirts because I wanted more weight on the skirt and I wanted the skirt to twirl more when I spin. So if thatβs what you are going for, order two skirts of different colors and youβll get that result! I will do another post here after I make the cosplay so that I can show my plans for these skirts. Waist feels good, I am 5β1β and 203 lbs, the skirt almost drags on the floor but I do plan on cutting it anyways to achieve the right length for the cosplay.

Love that this is cotton, made it easy to wash when I got it out of the package pretty wrinkly. Also made sure there wasn't going to be a smell (I can't remember if there was one or not) It is a tiny bit sheer because it is a light color, but the underskirt part helps that. It just means I have to keep the underskirt in. It is very full! Spinning in it is fun, when I wore it on very hot days, tucking parts of the skirt into the bottom of my corset was very cute because it would bunch and lay in cute ways that also let me have a breeze. The waistband is one size, stretches a lot. A little hard to figure out a great way to tie it to your size. If you are an XS, you will probably have a lot of waistband gathered so it will be kinda thick. I am a S/M and it was pretty gathered on me. Length was fun, I am 5'6" and in flat shoes and wearing it above my hips it was not dragging on the ground, but near it.
