Phone looks brand new. Screen looks great! I was able to transfer the data from my S20 easily. No issues with starting service. I just added my SIM CARD from my S20 to the S23. This phone is unlocked and working on my service line My sole purpose in buying this phone was to improve on the camera quality. Other than that! This is the SAME EXACT PHONE as my S20, with the exception of the camera, which is a massive improvement with some good new features. I cannot speak on the other features such as face recognition, fingerprint reader, or "AI". As as far as speed, my S20 works well and is equally as fast. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase! In $310 this phone is working good, i like it the size, the weight,looks connectivity, there is a little bit scratches on the top edge, and battery life is not too high but good for me, if u are a working person and u have to spend a day out all day and u have to use ur phone in between i guess it can survive at least it's battery is better then iPhones, i love it no damage till now after getting it almost 2,3 weeks ago ... show more

The phone is listed as being network unlocked, but is actually T-Mobile locked. When I put my sim in, the phone has no service or data. It very clearly shows the t-mobile boot animation as well. Additionally, it arrived a week late late and despite amazon telling me the seller was responsible, the seller refused to take responsibility and blamed amazon. Regardless to who is responsible, I'm not sure how they expected a package to arrive here all the way from texas in a day and a half, anyway.     • Second Samsung refurb purchase, one major issue

Updated review: defective USB Port. After the intermittent charging issue, I began to get a "moisture detected" error (despite the phone being clean and dry) that would not resolve and became persistent to the point where it would not accept any USB charger. Thankfully it carries the 90-day return policy. I will try an exchange with the same seller and report back. This phone was listed as "good," but seems excellent cosmetically and functionally (battery, touch, speed, etc.) At first I was concerned because the phone came with zero charge and 2 of my chargers didn't work when plugged in (minus 1 start). After swapping cables and Google research, eventually I cleaned the battery port with compressed air and everything now seems to charge properly. Wireless charging works great with compatible case. Battery life is excellent. Fully unlocked- inserted SIM and my carrier apps loaded. No qualms with a like new flagship phone for under $300...90 day return policy gives some peace of mind. Will definitely go this route again when shopping for a new phone. ... show more
