Great line! Holds up well, perfect when targeting catfish, lake sturgeon, or some of those larger carp/suckers. Line is noticeably thinner (than other 100lb braids) and fits through just about all the terminal tackle out there.     • Smaller in diameter but just as strong
I've been using the regular Power Pro line for at least 7 years and just switched to the Power Pro Maxquatro and it is just as strong but the diameter is smaller which can give you further casting distances.

Strength test was only up to 55 pounds. Very disappointing and it cost too much. Return it back and will get Seaguar Threadlock braid line. #1 choice do not buy Maxcuatro again

My order arrived in a Spectra Maxcuatro box that said it was 100lb test 500 yards, but what was inside the box was 2x 250 yard spools with extremely thin braid. The Braid was even thinner than the sample that Spectra ties onto the box. I ordered a replacement from elsewhere and you can see on the pics the spools on the right are definitely thinner than the replacement on the left. ... show more
