Bought this fone cuz my Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra stopped sending texts and no one could figure it out. I even factory reset the fone twice Verizon went all though the setting nothing. So I was looking for fone in the $200 range and saw this. It's smaller but I dont need a mega sized screen anymore. So far had the fone around 4 months and it's been great it's light weight and fits in my hand and pocket good. I Was able to transferred all my apps, music and contacts over with Samsung smart switch in 10 mins. The glass on here isn't very strong not like the S20 ultra witch I dropped a good amount of times no screen cracks or scratches. This S21 didn't hold up to that I was on my couch half a sleep dropped the fone under 2 feet and it sent 3 cracks across the whole screen. I didn't know it was cracked instill a few days later when the sun hit it at the right angle. I still have on the shipping screen protector not sure if that's holding it together not gonna peel it off to find out. It's been cracked for over a month now no issues with digitizer or screen tracking. It's a Octa core processor and 8 gigs of RAM it's a fast fone for all my needs even with multiple windows open in internet browser and other apps running in the background. I run my fone even on battery saver you wouldn't even know its saving energy wakes up fast no studering flips though screens fast. Fone did come like described in excellent condition. Just buy a case for it and the glass prob would have survived. Get this fone to save on your fone plan not buying there flag ship fones for high prices. ... show more

I ordered two refurbished 'excellent' versions of this phone: both are S21 5g 128GB. They came in good shape, purple one had minor chipping around edges but the grey/black one came with no chips or dings. One phone came with a cord, no block and the other came with different brand of block and cord which doesn't fast charge, cord also is sketchy when plugging in like it's too small, you almost have to force it in and out of the phone, I feel like it will end up breaking the phone so we threw that cord out. None of the cords or blocks I have on hand fast charge these phones, which is weird, so it takes 8 hours to fully charge... I will be purchasing a few chargers to see if I can find one that will fast charge these phones, if not I'll be contacting support. Other than that, the phones works great, screen and camera work perfect. I bought this phone for my daughter and son, they both like to play games like Minecraft, Roblox, and Fortnight and the phones have handled all those games perfectly, no lagging and graphics are nice. WARNING: Dangerous Refurbishment - Structural & Signal failure I purchased this "Amazon Renewed" Galaxy S21, and while it worked initially, it has become a complete liability. First, the network connectivity is gone. The phone is stuck in a permanent "Searching" loop and cannot connect to any towers. After researching this issue, it’s clear the internal antenna flex cable (a known weak point) has failed or disconnected. The reason for the failure is obvious: The back panel is physically peeling off. The adhesive used during the refurbishment process was clearly substandard. Because the back isn't sealed, the phone lacks the structural compression needed to keep internal antenna pins connected. Worse yet, this is now a Safety Risk. With the back coming off, the lithium battery is exposed to moisture and physical damage. An unsealed phone with an exposed battery is a fire hazard. This was not "professionally refurbished" to Amazon standards. It was a poor glue job that has resulted in a paperweight that I am now afraid to even charge. If you value your money or your safety, avoid this seller. Seller has refused to fix this issue. Pictures below of phone. ... show more

I bought a pre-own Samsung Galaxy S21. It's an Great condition it looks brand new. I am on the t mobile network And it was very Easy to switch phones online I do not have to pay any additional fees when I did that through t mobile. For the first 3 days of the phone usage I kept on getting Verizon ads and pop ups and there's pre-installed games and it's saying it wanted to log on to the Verizon network. I've never had Verizon so would I had to do is uninstall the apps every single thing that said Verizon on it I blocked uninstalled and now it's working perfectly like a brand new phone no more Verizon ads. Everything works great I bought a very good phone case for it I do have one regret not purchasing this phone sooner I was just Postponing purchasing it because I was afraid the phone was gonna be in bad condition Don't hesitate to buy from this seller I'm going to replace this phone hopefully in about 1 or 2 years with the new reversion thank you ... show more

I started using it a few days now. There are some scuff marks around the edges, but I have it in a case, so they are not visible, the screen and back are in pristine condition no scratches or scuff visible. I thought the description said unlocked, but it was locked to AT&T. Great news is that I was able to get the unlock code from att within minutes from their website, they have a page for unlocking, you only need to provide the imei and your email and their system sent the code within the same minute. Then the other hurdle was that the phone was stuck on android 12 and kept on saying there are no updates available. Turns out that you have to be an ATT customer to continue getting updates for an ATT device. The workaround is to manually flash the original firmware to the device which I was able to do. Now it has android 14 installed and working perfectly fine 👌 ... show more

I bought this same model awhile ago and it worked and looked great, however the glue holding the backing on the phone was weakening and eventually started to completely come off leading to water damage. I needed a new phone urgently for emergency reasons so I rebought the same model.. I wouldnt say this one was in excellent condition, the previous phone I had was used with zero visible damage whilst this one had several deep scratches along the edges and backing. Visuals aside though this phones battery life is horrible. 2 hours after a full charge Im already at 50% battery.. It works and is good for the short time needed but I will definitely need to invest elsewhere ... show more
