Everything seems to work but not too sure. Once you lose signal, it doesn't automatically reconnect. Screen has dents in it, like someone had pressed it too hard.

I initially wrote that this phone was not unlocked. And it certainly did have all of the verizon apps, want Verizon permissions and complain that I didn't have a Verizon sim card. But the company that refurbished the phone included a little card with tiny print explaining all the ways they may have failed you and what you can do to ameliorate their failures. For the time being it does seem to work, though they do acknowledge on the card that the phone is going to pine for it's Verizon home each and every time it is restarted. Which is the type of nonsense I'd hoped to get away from when purchasing a professionally unlocked & refurbished phone. We'll see if the voicemail works on this. It didn't with my previous phone which was also originally from Verizon and never really was fully unlocked even though Verizon claimed it was. The battery in this phone is also disappointing. I read enough reviews to know that it SHOULD have a decent battery life. But it's actually about as bad as my 6 year old Samsung Galaxy s9. That phone was purchased new in 2018. I do think it *charges* a bit faster than my old s9, so there's that. It is much lighter than the s9, even once it's in a plastic case. It's a little narrower as well, even though it's the same height. You wouldn't think narrowness would help it stay in my hoody pocket when it's the same height, but so far it does. And it's much easier to hold in my hand. It works nicely. I don't think my old phone really lagged, but this one seems slightly faster. The screen in nice so far. Haven't tried it in a lot of conditions. I'll update this with more as I experience the phone. But, if you're thinking of buying refurbished, I don't know that this is your best vendor. ... show more

The GPS will not register with Google at all. I can't search locally and I can't use maps. I set all permissions but the phone acts like GPS is turned off.... Be careful buying refurbished
