Purchased as my first annual Girl Scout Pinewood Derby event trophy. Very happy with this product. Trophy's size, weight, and details made me feel good displaying on my 'winner's table display' and good to hand out to the winner. Communication with the seller to get the free engraving plate was easy, quick. The trophy arrived in two days prime. The engraving arrived in less than a week. Packaged nice to protect the product. To note, the engraving photo shows three lines on a rectangle, however, it's actually three lines on a trapezoid (smaller line on top, bigger line on bottom). The engraving was more of a thick stick-on with nice lettering (not a metal plate). Engraving easy to attach and it looked good - great to personalize a winner for my derby event. I would love for this product to come in three height sizes to use for 1st/2nd/3rd place. I will be ordering this trophy again next year for my annual derby event.

After ordering the trophy I reached out to their customer service email to engrave the name plate. The contact made the process easy and even created an additional name plate for another trophy I ordered though another vender. I’ll be using Decade Awards in the future for all of my award needs.

This company exceeded my expectations. The trophy arrived & a couple of days later the engraved plate also arrived. Extremely fast service. The trophy & custom engraving was perfect. I will not hesitate to order from this company again. I’d give them a 10.

I bought several of these trophies for a work engagement event. I wanted nice trophies but had a small budget. These were very nice and reasonably priced for the quality. Our grouped loved them and they were a big hit. I ordered the trophies without engraving because time was short and I wanted them quickly. I then requested the free engraved plates. The vendor was great! They answered my question via email quickly and I received the trophies and the engraved plates in time for my event. The personalization was a nice bonus. If you want the engraved plate, read the instructions for ordering closely. They are clear, but I skimmed over and had to send an email with questions. So glad the vendor was very responsive!

Even though it was wrapped well and in Styrofoam it arrived completely broken in to 5 pieces. So disappointed. Was going to be a trophy for a family Mario Kart tournament on Christmas day. Oh well. Back it goes
