    • Very nice phone, for under 300$ it really can't be beat.
Super fast even with multiple windows open, very durable, it takes a licking and keeps ticking. Very nice display, thr curved glass on the sides looks cool. And the touch screen is more responsive than past phones I have had. There's some nice features like overlaying one browser window over another where you can set the level of transparency., Also you tube video can be watched and then when another window is opened, like say a email, the video is shrunken down and still played over the other window. Nice pictures, night mode, panoramic, it's all there, has a very high level of zoom but some pictures lose some detail when zooming from far away. Overall I think it takes better pics than the iPhone 13. Pairs up with any Bluetooth headphones/speakers easily, and faster than other phones I have had. In conclusion this is the first true Galaxy that I have used and compared to the Motorola G Play and the Google Pixel 3xl, it is way better. I am now a Samsung Convert, the difference in price is well worth it, you may pay a bit more but you get more, speed, durability and the ease of use is well worth it. It comes loaded with a bunch of Samsung apps that are basically duplicates of other apps that most people already have, example: Samsung Pay: Google Pay, but some people may find them useful. There was also some weird Samsung app that was supposed to copy everything over from the old phone but it didn't work, and I tried multiple times. This was an Amazon Refurbished and it looks and functions like brand new, they did a great job with it, so If your doublethinking it, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a refurb again. ... show more

I had a Samsung s20+, then upgraded to my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra and my kids needed a GOOD phones. I only use Samsung phones so I bought my one on this one and he no longer worries about something going wrong with his phone. I hate Apple products and will NEVER own one for the same reson of something going wrong with it in even less time then my kids' old phone brands, and they loved using my s20+.. So i bouht it and now they can do what they want with no problems at all! The phone has nothing wrong with it at all and looks brand new. Highly recommend!! ... show more

This phone I received was locked to the Verizon network. I have a GSM Sim and it doesn't work. Has the Verizon logo on start up. When I called Verizon as Amazon customer service suggested they told me the phone was still attached to an account. Condition of phone was amazing though. But it is useless to me. It is unlocked set up was easy. But had very small dent in top edge of screen not really noticeable inless light is hitting it, and there was also some glue or something along the top of screen which led to believe it is not original screen same with camera I feel like the camra should have better quality, and battery does seem to die quickly too. But like I said it does work and was other wise in good condition like new from the outside Update: so the dent in screen has become an issue I tried putting a screen protector on and would not stick because of the dent it form a air bubble there so how am I suppose to protect the screen contacted seller and they will not switch the phone out or replace it they offered to give me 20$ back which will not cover the screen if damaged ... show more

I have had the phone for a few days now. works absolutely as expected. I was worried that fully unlocked may still mean only unlocked for Verizon users, but I am on a cricket plan and my Sim card worked just fine. face recognition works like a charm for me as well as fingerprints. the battery life has been great thus far considering how much I use my phone for work.
